Job summary

Wind Hill Mountain View Resort in Bogor, Indonesia seeks a Finance/Accounting professional with hospitality cost management experience. You will handle cost control, inventory, and basic accounting within hotel operations.

Ideal candidate: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 2+ years in related roles, strong analytical and numerical skills, detail-oriented and able to work in a team or alone. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have Bachelor or Diploma in Finance/Accounting with relevant hospitality exposure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of F&B cost management is highly regarded.
• Familiar with hotel operations including Purchasing, laundry, HK, and kitchen.
• Strong cost control, inventory, and basic accounting knowledge.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities; detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work well in a team or individually with a positive attitude.
