Job summary

Festive Fields Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Cost Controller to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across our outlets in Indonesia. The role emphasizes cost analysis, financial reporting, and strategic action to optimize spend while maintaining quality and service standards.

The successful candidate will monitor variances, prepare insightful cost reports, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to improve efficiency and reduce leakage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control in F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience monitoring food cost, COGS, labor cost, and operational expenses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
