Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from research to launch.
• Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Develop and improve product concepts and innovations.
• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Production, Sales, Quality, and suppliers.
• Manage product testing, evaluation, quality, and compliance.
• Manage product development projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support product launches and prepare product materials for Sales and Marketing.
• Prepare development reports and updates for management.
• Lead and develop the Product Development team.
