Job summary

PT Telinco Networks Indonesia is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to oversee legal compliance and manage litigation, ensuring all activities align with corporate procedures and standards.

You will lead junior legal staff, resolve corporate disputes, and provide risk‑based advice to cross‑functional teams on contracts and business activities.

The ideal candidate has a Law degree and 2–3 years of corporate litigation experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate legal and litigation management.
• Deep knowledge of corporate legal frameworks, contract law, and litigation procedures.
• Leadership capabilities, strong communication, cross-departmental collaboration, and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of junior legal staff, ensuring all execution adheres to established operational procedures and corporate standards.
• Lead, handle, and resolve corporate litigation matters, disputes, and legal cases to protect company interests.
