Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Corporate Legal Specialist to support the Corporate Legal Department Head in achieving strategic objectives. You will provide consultation on regulations, handle litigation and non-litigation matters, and assist in license registrations and contract drafting.

Preferred candidates hold a law degree and have about 1 year of experience in the field, with strong knowledge of litigation methods, compliance, and technology-enabled legal work.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate from a Law program.
• Experience in the same field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and coordination on regulations and corporate matters.
• Handle criminal, civil, and company dispute cases, litigation and non-litigation.
• Assist in license and IP registrations within scope.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements with risk assessment.
• Draft legal opinions and identify legal risks within scope.
• Assist in formation/amendment of laws and regulations for company needs.
• Organize General Shareholders Meetings and secure approvals as needed.
• Manage key legal documents and conduct legal research.

Job description

The Corporate Legal Specialist role is responsible for maintaining legal compliance and protecting the company's legal interests, while supporting the Corporate Legal Department Head in achieving strategic objectives and company goals within the scope determined by the Legal Division Head and Corporate Legal Department Head, including but not limited to corporate aspects.

Key responsibilities

Provide consultation and coordination with relevant work units in the process of identifying regulations and legislation within the scope determined by the Legal Division Head and Corporate Legal Department Head, including but not limited to corporate aspects

Provide consultation and assistance in handling criminal, civil, and company dispute cases, both litigation and non-litigation matters within the determined scope

Provide consultation in the process of license registration or intellectual property rights registration within the determined scope

Provide consultation and assistance in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements, including identifying legal risks, within the determined scope

Provide consultation and drafting of legal opinions, including identifying legal risks, within the determined scope

Provide assistance in the formation and/or amendment of laws and regulations related to company needs within the determined scope

Provide consultation and assistance in organizing General Shareholders Meetings and obtaining shareholder approvals outside General Shareholders Meetings

Ensure management of certain legal documents and agreements within the determined scope

Conduct legal research within the determined scope

Assist the Legal Division Head and Corporate Legal Department Head in their core duties and functions

Preferably a graduate from a Law program

Preferably has experience in the same field about 1 year minimum
