PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to oversee compliance, contract drafting, and corporate governance in Indonesia.

You will prepare and negotiate commercial agreements, ensure regulatory adherence, and maintain essential corporate records. The role requires coordinating with notaries and government authorities, advising internal teams on legal matters, and supporting board actions and corporate transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in retail, trading, distribution, or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with notaries, government authorities, and external counsel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple legal matters independently.

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Protect company interests through contractual terms and risk mitigation.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments on operational and commercial matters.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct due diligence for partnerships, projects, and corporate transactions.
• Support corporate actions including changes to data, shareholder documents, board resolutions, and notarial matters.
