Job summary

You will manage corporate cheque and payment processing, ensure accurate administrative tasks, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understand basic accounting rules and HSBC product knowledge.
• Familiarity with HUB/ATMP system and general computer literacy.
• Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support Cheque Book / Bilyet Giro / Payment Order issuance and PIN printing for Corporate segments per policy.
• Process customer requests, queries, and complaints promptly.
• Manage inventory stock and related records.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within the SLA.
