Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support corporate banking operations. The role focuses on handling cheque book issuance, payment orders, PIN printing, and processing customer requests in line with regulatory guidelines.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, maintain inventories, and ensure timely administrative tasks within SLAs. Strong English communication and familiarity with HUB/ATMP systems are valuable.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic accounting rules, knowledge of HSBC Products in general and credit card products in particular.
• Good Knowledge in HUB / ATMP system and computer literate.
• Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible o support Cheque Book / Bilyet Giro / Payment Order issuance and PIN printing for Corporate business segments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and formal policy/procedure.
• Responsible for processing customer requests, queries, and complaints.
• Responsible for inventory stock management.
• Ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed within the SLA.
