Responsibilities

• Ensuring account servicing cards and Loans instructions are processed accurately & in timely manner.
• Responsible for maximizing productivity as agreed standard.
• Responsible complaints, inquiries, investigations are resolved within SLA and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proactively involved in process improvement and streamlining projects.
• Supporting team leaders to produce MI and reports, improve productivity & service delivery.
