Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HUB/ATMP system and basic computer literacy.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with HSBC products, especially credit card products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to manage time and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Cheque Book / Bilyet Giro / Payment Order issuance for Corporate segments per policy.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within the SLA.
• Manage inventory stock and related controls.
