Job summary

HSBC Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support corporate banking operations, including cheque book issuance, PIN printing, and payment orders. You will handle customer questions and ensure timely administrative tasks per policy.

Strong knowledge of HUB/ATMP systems, basic accounting, and HSBC product familiarity will help you succeed. You will also manage inventory and maintain stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HUB/ATMP systems and general computer literacy.
• Knowledge of basic accounting rules and HSBC products (credit cards included).
• Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Cheque Book / Bilyet Giro / Payment Order issuance and PIN printing for Corporate segments per guidelines and policy.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within the SLA.
• Manage inventory stock effectively.
