You will prepare and cook according to SOPs, maintain mise en place, keep stations clean, assist with stock and inventory, and work efficiently during busy hours while coordinating with service teams to deliver consistent quality.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Assist with stock control, ingredient storage and inventory checks.
• Ensure proper food handling and minimize food waste.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support other kitchen duties as required.
