You will work with a collaborative kitchen crew, follow recipes and safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience through efficient service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and presentation.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic cafe environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and kitchen standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared with attention to detail, presentation, and quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
• Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to meet quality requirements.
• Assist with inventory and report when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
