Job summary

You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent taste and presentation across main dishes, appetizers, and desserts, and manage stock reporting shortages to supervisors.

Maintain hygiene, operate kitchen equipment correctly, and guide Assistant Cooks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in restaurants or F&B.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Cook main dishes, appetizers, and desserts based on customer orders.
• Ensure the taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes remain consistent.
• Manage food stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in proper working condition and follow operating procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and hygienic, in line with food safety standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations in all cooking processes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide guidance to Assistant Cooks when necessary.
