Analog Bali is seeking passionate Cooks for Hot and Cold Kitchen to join our busy Bali teams in Canggu and Uluwatu. You should bring good energy, work well under pressure, and follow our recipes and presentation standards.

You'll cook according to Analog's recipes, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with the Head Chef during service. We welcome those with kitchen experience, basic food safety knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Experience in a kitchen or similar position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Prepare and cook food according to Analog's recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work in either the hot or cold kitchen, depending on your skills and operational needs.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Monitor ingredient availability and minimize food waste.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow kitchen procedures and support the team during busy service periods.
