Job summary

Fresh Factory in Jakarta is seeking a detail‑oriented Control Tower professional to monitor field plans, Appsheet, and POD, ensuring smooth last‑mile operations and accurate daily progress.

You will coordinate with drivers and riders, respond to customer inquiries, and produce daily/weekly reports. Local placement in South Jakarta, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Control Tower.
• Strong communication and MS Excel skills.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and work full on-site.

• Monitoring the field implementation plan, Appsheet, and POD.
• Follow up on the drivers and riders locations.
• Follow up and responding to customer complaints.
• Updating arrival progress.
• Daily and weekly reports.
