APP Group in Jakarta is seeking a Supply Chain professional to oversee end-to-end order processing, shipments, and customer support. You will coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery timelines and maintain service levels.

Based in Thamrin, Jakarta, you will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, analyze operations, and prepare regular performance reports to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Logistics.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in production and sales coordination is preferred.
• Willing to be based in Thamrin, Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regular operational reports related to orders, deliveries, service levels, and related business activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Control Tower, or related functions.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• Experience in production and sales coordination is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and handle complaints effectively.
• Proficient in reporting, presentation, and operational analysis.
• Willing to be based in Thamrin, Jakarta.
