Qualifications

• Knowledge of EPC projects, project controls, and financials.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC and Indonesian construction laws.
• Strong drafting of contractual notices and letters in English and Indonesian.

Job description

The Contract Administrator will have a primary responsibility in contract administration activities of EPC Contractor for sewage treatment development project at Duri Kosambi, West Jakarta, Indonesia. The position is responsible for the effective administration of all contractual and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring that the Contractor's contractual rights are protected and obligations are fulfilled. The role supports cost control, schedule control, risk mitigation, claims, and variation management, working closely among the Project Control Team to ensure compliance and alignment between contractual, financial, and schedule performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide review, interpretation, and administration of either the Main Contract (FIDIC) or Subcontracts
• Ensure project execution complies with all contractual conditions and obligations
• Advise Project Manager and Project Controller on contractual matters and risks
• Monitor contractual deliverables, obligations, and deadlines
• Prepare Contract Addendum and Subcontracts
• Assist and coordinate Project Controller in preparation and submission of Claims (EOT, VOs, Cost)
• Assist and prepare application documents required for payment statements and support follow up until certification
• Review and certify payment applications submitted by Subcontractors
• Supervise and guide the assignments of Document Controller and Project Administrator
• Handle and assist to handle any disputes raised against the Main Contract and Subcontracts

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent business level verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively interact with others and high coordination ability
• Knowledge of major aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), project controls and financials
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, international construction projects and Indonesian laws
• Strong drafting skills of contractual claim notices and letters in English and Indonesian
• Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
