The role focuses on contract administration, aligning contractual, financial, and schedule performance with the Project Control Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent business level verbal and written English.
• Ability to interact with others and coordinate effectively.
• Knowledge of EPC projects, project controls, and financials.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC and Indonesian construction laws.
• Strong drafting of contractual notices and letters in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer Main Contract (FIDIC) and Subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Advise Project Manager on contractual matters and risks.
• Monitor deliverables, obligations, and deadlines.
• Prepare Contract Addenda and Subcontracts.
