Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Content, Creative, Copywriting, Content Strategy, or Production.
• Ability to generate ideas, not just execute briefs.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of how to create hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing and SEO.
• Ability to create clear and actionable creative briefs.
• Ability to provide direction and feedback to creative teams.
• Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and maintain quality.
• Strong ownership, discipline, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas and concepts for content across various brands and industries.
• Determine angle, hook, format, storytelling, and key message.
• Create content plans based on client objectives and needs.
• Create creative briefs and provide direction to Designers and Content Producers.
• Oversee the production process from idea to final output.
• Review and perform quality control on content results.
• Write and develop copy for social media, websites, articles, landing pages, and other digital needs.
• Understand basic SEO copywriting, including search intent, keywords, article structure, headings, and on-page SEO.
• Use content insights and performance data to develop future ideas.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing for creative advertising needs.
