Job summary

PT OSI ELECTRONICS is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to join our team. This role develops high-quality written content that strengthens brand authority, boosts AI search visibility, supports website growth, and provides sales with clear, customer-focused messaging.

You will craft blogs, newsletters, social posts, brochures, and press releases; lead multi-channel campaigns; and support demand generation via email and CRM, while collaborating with the Graphic Designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Development of high-quality, compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, brochures, and press releases.
• Lead the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and live events.
• Contribute to demand generation initiatives by supporting lead acquisition strategies and email campaigns.
• Lead scheduling and posting on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer to convert content into brochures, flyers, infographics, and web visuals.
• Utilize CRM for material creation and support marking email campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter assets for social posts and emails.
• Uphold the company values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Report any quality problems or defects to enable corrective action.
• Duties may be modified to meet business needs.
