Job summary

Evolene Indonesia seeks a senior content production lead to drive end-to-end projects—from planning and concepting to shooting and final editing. You will steer creative direction, manage talent and locations, and ensure every asset aligns with brand campaigns.

Collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams, you will develop engaging UGC content, monitor timelines, stay ahead of trends, and mentor the team to boost quality and efficiency on fast-paced shoots.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading creative/content production teams.
• Strong technical understanding of content production (lighting, camera, etc.).
• Able to produce/oversee UGC-style content for brand needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership on set.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end content production process, from planning, concepting, shooting, to final editing review.
• Develop strong and creative content concepts aligned with brand campaigns and goals.
• Manage camera direction, talent handling, and location selection during production.
• Create and supervise UGC-style content to support brand growth and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure content execution follows brand guidelines.
