Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lead Content Production professional in Indonesia to steer end-to-end creative output for brand campaigns and activations. You will direct shooting, editing, and UGC-driven content, ensuring alignment with brand goals and mentoring the team on set.

This role requires strong leadership, camera and lighting know-how, trend awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of creative/content production teams.
• Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting, and camera operation.
• Experience producing or overseeing UGC-style content.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop concepts and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and ability to direct on set.
• Detail-oriented project management.
• Up-to-date with social media trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Energetic, proactive in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: comfortable appearing on camera.
• Lifestyle/fitness/fashion or consumer goods interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production from planning to final edit.
• Develop bold content concepts aligned with brand campaigns.
• Direct camera direction, talent handling, and location scouting.
• Create and supervise UGC-style content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Stay updated with social media trends to produce engaging content.
• Mentor the creative team to improve output and efficiency.
