Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, preferably at a creative agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic content thinking, including examples of content planning, case studies, or campaign strategies.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, and digital marketing principles.
• Insatiable desire to understand people, culture, trends, and business challenges.
• Ability to weave data and insights into a compelling narrative that inspires creative teams.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback, adapt to changing project needs, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Creative thinker with a passion for building engaging content experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall brand strategy, marketing objectives, and business goals.
• Create and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email, campaigns).
• Turn research, market insights, and audience understanding into compelling storytelling and impactful messaging.
• Develop innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts that bring the brand to life across channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of content and campaign strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging while pushing for originality and innovation.
• Present creative strategies and campaign concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, with strong rationale behind ideas.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to keep content and campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
