Markmind in Indonesia seeks a Content & Social Media Lead to develop content and digital strategies aligned with client goals. The role requires writing for multiple platforms, mentoring junior team members, and presenting insights to clients.

You will analyze performance, make strategic recommendations, and collaborate with AE, design, and production teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content writing, or similar roles.
• Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop content & digital strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior content team members.
• Write copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, and newsletters.
• Analyze performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Present editorial plans and reports to clients.
• Develop mood boards for photoshoots & video shoots.
• Collaborate with AE, design, and visual production teams.
