The role focuses on achieving KPR targets, ensuring loan processes comply with policy, and expanding cross-selling between lending and funding products while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales/ RM Consumer.
• Good knowledge of banking lending and Consumer.
• Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of sales target for KPR Products
• Processing the Acquisition of targeted new customer (mortgage) with build partnership with Developers and Branches
• Increase cross selling between lending and funding product
• Ensure the loan process in line with the policy and regulation
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external loan support
• Providing premium customer service
• Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
• Providing referrals for new developers, property agent or other referral source
