Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year in mortgage sales.
• Experience handling high-ticket mortgage transactions > IDR 2 billion per unit.
• Active network with decision makers in Tier 1 developers and premium market players in Greater Jakarta.
• Strong track record of productive yet prudent mortgage expansion.
• Professional profile aligned with customers, brokers, and partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target- and results-oriented with high integrity.
• Foreign language proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for mortgage products.
• Provide consultation and tailored housing finance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property agents, and business partners.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to customers.
• Conduct preliminary creditworthiness analysis before submission to the credit division.
• Ensure completeness of mortgage application documents in line with bank requirements.
• Monitor the credit approval process until disbursement.
• Deliver after sales service and maintain customer loyalty.
• Achieve the company’s mortgage sales targets.
