Job summary

TechConnect is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and coordinate the delivery of internal and external consulting projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines, coordinate with sectional leaders, expert panels, clients and partners, and collaborate with Business Development to shape topics, proposals, and budgets, while monitoring risks and refining delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or business development with consulting exposure.
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial modelling and business analysis.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of consulting proposal structures and budgets.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities to lead delivery teams.

• Proven leadership and people-management skills to coordinate project delivery teams, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
