Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to plan and coordinate internal and external consulting initiatives in Jakarta. You will ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, leadership, and process development to support scalable project delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or business development with consulting exposure.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in financial modelling and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of internal and external consulting projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed quality standards and timelines outlined in client proposals and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Section Heads, expert panels, and associates, as well as external stakeholders such as clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to define project topics, proposal structures, and budgets, ensuring delivery feasibility.
• Monitor and manage project delivery risks related to scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Develop repeatable quality-control and project-delivery documentation systems.
