Job summary

PT Duta Abadi Primantara seeks a Civil Engineering-based site supervisor to oversee daily factory construction activities, ensuring compliance with shop drawings, specs, and K3 safety requirements.

You will monitor progress, prepare reports, manage documents (RFI, change orders, as-built drawings) and coordinate with contractors to keep the project on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, project/site supervision, or a related field.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings/shop drawings and proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of project progress monitoring and reporting using S-Curve.
• Basic knowledge of Construction Health & Safety (K3) procedures.
• Good project administration and document control skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical and operational issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the factory site to ensure compliance with shop drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor, record, and prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Identify technical and operational issues on-site and report them to the Project Manager for further action.
• Review and verify project administration documents, including work progress reports and contractor/subcontractor progress documentation.
• Manage and control project technical documents (Document Control), including RFIs, Material Approvals, As-Built Drawings, and project correspondence.
• Prepare, maintain, and archive Work Handover Reports, Change Orders/Variation Orders, and other relevant project documentation.
• Support the implementation and documentation of Construction Health & Safety (K3) requirements at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure project activities are completed according to schedule and required standards.
