Job summary

PT. Sucitra Intercon Batam seeks a Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all daily on-site construction activities in line with project plans. The role requires strong leadership to manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site in Batam.

You will read shop drawings, prepare S-curves, and produce monthly progress reports while enforcing HSE (K3) and HIRADC standards. A Civil Engineering degree and 2 years' site management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' site manager experience on construction projects.
• Able to read shop drawings, create S-curves, and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of HSE (K3) and HIRADC standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily on-site construction activities per project planning.
• Apply shop drawings on site.
• Prepare and monitor progress using S-curves.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE (K3) and HIRADC standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
