Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Project Engineer for the East West construction project in Jakarta. You will draft implementation plans, prepare progress reports, manage scope changes, and review inception and design reports with a focus on adherence to engineering standards and safety.

You will supervise and coordinate stakeholders, conduct technical evaluations, evaluate monitoring results, and prepare contract closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, focusing on planning, coordination and execution.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional liaison.
• Familiarity with regulations, standards and safety protocols in transit infrastructure.
• Strong in documentation and meticulous handling of corporate correspondence, contracts and administrative records.

Responsibilities

• Draft the implementation plan for the East West construction project.
• Prepare construction progress reports and handle changes to the project scope.
• Review the inception design report and technical design report.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Supervise, control, coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to address project-related challenges and requirements on the East West construction project.
• Conduct technical evaluations, calculations, and document analysis for the East West construction project.
• Evaluate monitoring results and consultant reports.
• Draft the project completion report and prepare contract closures for the East West construction project.
