Job summary

PT Sinoma Development Indonesia is seeking a Safety Specialist to organize and conduct safety induction and awareness training for construction personnel. You will participate in on-site safety management and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures, and prepare safety documentation and reports.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, at least 2 years’ experience in construction safety, valid K3 certifications, and willingness to be assigned to project sites;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or industrial project safety management.
• Must possess valid safety certifications (such as Petugas K3 Konstruksi BNSP atau Supervisor K3 Konstruksi BNSP).
• Good knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to be assigned to project sites.
• Mandarin speaker: salary negotiable!
