Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Field Inspector to lead safety governance across projects in Indonesia. You will mentor project teams, deliver HSSE plans and training, and drive compliance with Indonesian safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, site inspections, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE across large projects and multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S laws and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated risk assessment and incident investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE management for projects and monitor HSSE performance.
• Develop and enforce HSE plans, training and toolbox talks.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting.
• Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support on HSE matters to project teams.
