Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to join our projects in Indonesia. You will develop and oversee EHS policies at construction sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

The role requires at least 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction settings, a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction settings.
• Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies at project sites.
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and EHS standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead safety training, pre-shift safety briefings, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS reports and documentation for stakeholders.
