Job summary

Mega Insurance, a leading general insurance company with headquarters in Jakarta, is seeking a Compliance professional to establish and sustain the compliance framework across daily operations.

The role involves coordinating regulatory licenses, advising business units on compliance steps, and producing timely reports to regulators and third parties. Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude are essential for ongoing governance implementation.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge about core process of the general insurance industry.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience related field (preferably from general insurance company).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Having experience or knowledge in risk management.
• Strong analytical thinking, can-do attitude, high initiative, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory licenses matters, set up compliance framework & guidelines.
• Provide suggestions to the business unit for implementation of compliance in daily business.
• Create and submit compliance reports to third parties in a timely manner.
• Manage regulatory engagement with authorities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements to regulators.
• Analyze feedback trends and report to management monthly and to OJK as requested.
• Be responsible for Company Governance implementation.
