Job summary

PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia is seeking a compliance professional to support the implementation and monitoring of programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to insurance regulations.

You will coordinate with OJK, ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, conduct compliance training, and perform assessments to identify gaps, aiming to strengthen governance and ethical standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Law.
• 2 years minimum experience in insurance (preferably general insurance).
• Proficiency in English.
• Extensive knowledge and deep analysis of OJK Regulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communicative and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to insurance regulations.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as OJK and ensure timely submission of regulatory matters.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs to promote regulatory adherence.
• Perform compliance regulatory assessments and identify potential compliance gaps or risks.
• Monitor findings and follow up corrective actions with related departments to ensure timely resolution.
