Job summary

PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk is seeking a Corporate Secretary to monitor regulatory compliance, advise Management on governance matters, and coordinate corporate actions including GMS and regulatory filings. The role requires strong English skills and deep knowledge of OJK/IDX regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a-law background, at least two years in related roles within financial services, and experience in the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably with focus on Corporate or Business Law
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Corporate Governance, Legal, Compliance, or related role within financial services
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred; candidates from banking or listed companies with relevant expertise will be considered
• Strong knowledge of OJK, IDX, and other regulatory requirements for non-bank financial services
• Sound understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with regulators, shareholders, and management
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Monitor capital market and insurance industry regulations to ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide regulatory and compliance advice to Management and support governance initiatives
• Coordinate and manage corporate actions: GMS, Public Exposures, dividends, disclosures
• Prepare and submit annual reports and regulatory filings
• Act as liaison between the Company, shareholders, regulators, stock exchange authorities, and associations
• Monitor licensing, compliance obligations, and regulatory reporting for timely submissions
• Collaborate with internal departments to support regulatory reporting and compliance
• Maintain corporate image and support communications and CSR initiatives
• Perform other corporate secretarial and governance duties as assigned
