Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd. Indonesia is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Operations Head to lead the end-to-end execution of salary administration, incentive plans, bonuses and benefits programs across the bank’s Indonesian operations.

You will build robust C&B policies, manage a team, ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, and collaborate with HR, Finance and vendors to optimize processes using HRIS like Workday and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 8–10 years in compensation and benefits with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end compensation programs: salary, incentives, bonuses and benefits.
• Manage administration of employee benefits incl. health, BPJS and other perquisites.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and controls.
• Lead and mentor C&B professionals to drive performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders for integrated C&B initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships for benefits and payroll platforms.
• Utilize HRIS to optimize processes, generate reports and analyze data.
• Prepare and present C&B performance and budget reports to senior management.
