Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end compensation and benefit administration
• Support payroll validation and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with BPJS, PPh21, and company policies
• Support salary review, benchmarking, and compensation analysis
• Prepare HR‑related reports and manpower cost analysis
• Support HR projects related to process improvement, policy review, and HR operational enhancement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding compensation and benefit matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit / Payroll / HR Operations
• Strong understanding of payroll process, BPJS Employment & Health, PPh21 calculation, compensation & benefit administration, and HR policies and labor regulation
• Experienced in handling Comben data analysis, reporting, and HR cost calculation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, pivot, basic analytical formulas)
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to maintain data accuracy

Additional Qualifications

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Has experience supporting HR projects / process improvement initiatives preferred
