Job summary

Female Daily Network is seeking a Community Intern for Girls Beyond in Jakarta. You will support daily content, discussions, and activities on the Girls Beyond Discord to foster an inclusive community.

You will help plan online and offline events, collaborate with the content team on newsletters, and assist in tracking KPIs, delivering deliverables, and preparing simple reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Active university student or recent graduate; open to all genders.
• Available for 6-month internship (Nov 2026–May 2027).
• Must be able to come to office at least 2x per week.
• Familiarity with Discord and online community moderation is a plus.
• Passionate about women empowerment and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Community engagement on the Girls Beyond Discord to foster inclusivity.

Community Intern - Girls Beyond by Female Daily Network

• Community engagement: create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere on the Girls Beyond Discord server by generating daily engaging content, discussions, and activities to promote active participation from community members.
• Engagement activation events: Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events to activate the Girls Beyond Circle
• Newsletter creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop and curate engaging content for a regular newsletter, ensuring the Girls Beyond community stays informed and engaged with relevant information, announcements, and upcoming events.
• Help manage the end-to-end process for community projects and activations, ensuring deliverables (such as KPI responses and member goals) are met.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations on community projects and activations of Girls Beyond Circle

Requirements:

• Active university students, final year students, undergraduates, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply! (All gender)
• Committed & available for a 6-month full internship period (November 2026 - May 2027)
• Able to come to our office at least 2x per week
• Strong interpersonal skills, time management skill and have the ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with Discord and experience in managing and moderating online communities is a plus point
