Job summary

Captain Barbershop in Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist to build partnerships with communities and brands, planning events and activation programs from start to finish. You will identify opportunities and drive execution with a strong on-site presence.

You will develop branch-centric activation strategies to attract new customers, boost offline traffic, and measure performance through leads, visits, and revenue metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Community, Events, Partnerships, Marketing Activation, or a related field.
• Able to manage and execute projects independently from planning to completion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Having a strong network across communities, event organizers, brands, campuses, and sports/lifestyle communities is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset, comfortable working with targets and data, and willing to work on-site or attend field activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant communities and potential partners aligned with Captain Barbershop’s target market.
• Identify and manage opportunities across events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute activation programs and partnerships end-to-end, from opportunity identification to execution and evaluation.
• Develop local activation strategies around branches to drive new customer acquisition and increase offline traffic.
• Track, report, and evaluate marketing activities based on leads, visitors, new customers, transactions, revenue, and cost-effectiveness.
