25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a Commis for COPA Restaurant to join our culinary team and help deliver Western and Latin American dishes. You will stock your station, follow safety protocols, and work with our chefs to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent (culinary training)

Responsibilities

• Stock your assigned station with fresh ingredients and raw materials.
• Follow safety protocols and HACCP guidelines in the kitchen.
• Master knife skills, mise en place prep, and basic cooking techniques.
• Prepare dishes following standard recipes with portion control and minimal waste.
• Work with herbs, spices, and seafood to deliver authentic Western and Latin American flavors.
• Stay organized, clean, and hygienic; report hazards or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
