Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua in West Java seeks a Commercial Director to craft and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy across all revenue streams for a 203-room property opening in Q2 2027. You will lead pricing, revenue management, and market development, partnering with GMs and Finance to optimize top-line profit and market share.

Qualifications

Accomplished senior commercial leader with proven Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience.
Deep knowledge of hospitality markets and a strong network in the region.
Experience presenting strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and execute integrated commercial strategies across Group, Conference, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, and Spa.
Maximize revenue and profitability in partnership with General Managers and Finance.
Lead pricing, forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across segments.
Align on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR to drive demand.
Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies to stay ahead in evolving conditions.
Build strong relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams, and partners.
Develop a high-performing team with performance management and growth programs.
