The successful candidate partners with General Managers and Finance to optimize revenue, manage costs, and hit profit targets, while building a high-performing team and strong relationships

Qualifications

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with Director of Sales or Sales & Marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Jakarta market or Indonesian hotel landscape.
• Experience presenting strategic plans to senior executives and groups.
• Cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations.
• Ability to analyze financial data to guide strategic decisions.
• Track record in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel industry operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams.
• Maximize revenue, profitability, and market share in collaboration with GM and Finance.
• Lead pricing and forecasting, including demand planning and business reviews.
• Align sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR to support brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
• Build strong relationships with owners, operators and Hilton teams.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
