The role emphasizes establishing new business with private clients across Indonesia and the APAC region. You will lead the commercial strategy, win complex projects, and manage relationships with investors, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in business development, commercial, or strategic sales in EPC/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record winning complex engineering or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the High-Tech Infrastructure business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across APAC.
• Build relationships with investors, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and government agencies.
• Lead the entire business development cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and project award.
• Develop strategic partnerships to support market expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry forums and executive-level meetings.
