Job summary
Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia recruits on behalf of a leading multinational engineering consultancy for a Director, Maritime Infrastructure, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven success in business development, client management and project delivery.
- Leadership in digital transformation, BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled engineering.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Lead the Maritime business strategy, market growth, and client engagement.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Drive business development, proposals, and commercial performance.
- Oversee the successful delivery of maritime projects with quality, safety and profitability.
- Strengthen relationships with government agencies, port authorities, developers and industry partners.
- Champion transformation through digital innovation in engineering, AI, BIM, and sustainable practices.
