Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing EPC company. Our client seeks a General Manager (High-Tech Infrastructure) with extensive leadership in EPC solutions, especially High-Tech Infrastructure and facilities, to drive regional growth.

You will build and lead the local organization, own P&L, champion governance, and partner with investors, developers, and government stakeholders across APAC. Willingness to travel and expatriate experience are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the High-Tech Infrastructure division.
• Build and lead the local organization, including commercial, engineering, and project delivery teams.
• Drive business development and long-term relationships with investors, developers, clients, EPC partners, and government.
• Identify opportunities across sectors: semiconductor, data centers, electronics, battery/EV, pharma, biotech, cleanrooms.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and business planning.
• Collaborate with regional/global HQ to localize strategies and ensure execution.
• Lead negotiations for strategic projects and partnerships.
• Foster a high-performance culture with governance and operational excellence.

We are seeking a General Manager (High-Tech Infrastructure) with solid experience in EPC Solutions particularly High-Tech Infrastructure and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the High-Tech Infrastructure division.
• Build and lead the local organization, including commercial, engineering, and project delivery teams.
• Drive business development activities and establish long-term relationships with investors, developers, multinational clients, EPC partners, and government stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities across sectors including semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, battery & EV manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities, cleanrooms, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Oversee commercial performance, P&L, budgeting, and business planning.
• Work closely with regional and global headquarters to localize business strategies and ensure successful execution.
• Lead negotiations for strategic projects and partnerships.
• Build a high-performance culture while ensuring operational excellence and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous.
• At least 15 years of leadership experience within industrial infrastructure, EPC, engineering, mission-critical facilities, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience establishing or significantly growing a business unit, country operation, or strategic business line.
• Strong understanding of sectors such as semiconductor, data centers, electronics manufacturing, battery & EV, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cleanroom facilities.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial leadership.
• Strong network with developers, industrial clients, investors, consultants, and government stakeholders within APAC.
• Experience working within multinational or regional organizations.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as required.
