As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with 15-20 years' experience in Maritime Infrastructure for the role of Director Maritime Infrastructure. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Develop and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Coastal, Structural, Geotechnical, Ocean, Port, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Transport Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Around 15+ years of experience in maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership in digital transformation, BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled engineering.
• Professional fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
• Chartered or Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
