ORIX Indonesia Finance is seeking a proactive Collections Specialist responsible for pursuing overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues and ensure timely repayments.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has experience in collection within finance, and demonstrates strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, including familiarity with SPPI K4 and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum experience in Collection, preferably within the multifinance industry.
• Experience in handling heavy equipment financing, vehicle financing, investment financing, or operating lease is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and regulatory requirements.
• Possession of SPPI K4 certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
